Under the My Account tab, choose Log in and enter your UNLV email address as your UserID and your EMS password. If you need an account, contact Rachelle Weigel.
Under Reservations, choose Reserve a Lied Meeting Room.
Enter the date, time and attendance count of your meeting, then click Find Space to view rooms that are available at that time. A grid will appear listing available rooms.
Select a room using the green plus sign, then use the yellow Continue button to move to the Event Details tab.
Enter your meeting name and use the dropdown menu to select an Event Type (library staff meeting).
The Group field should say Library Staff. If you are booking a class session, pick Library Instruction.
For a staff meeting, the 1st Contact should be the library staff member responsible for the meeting.
Choose (Temporary Contact) and enter the responsible staff member's name, phone number and email
